  1. Ah this is lovely Jocelyn, I love how simple little things like this can make you feel better. I realised that I really don’t get my 10,000 steps done without the school run. I put an app on my phone and had done the steps easy by the time I’d taken Lucas to and from school but keeping track in the holidays isn’t as easy! The Polar Loop sounds like a good way of monitoring it xx

    1. That school run definitely makes a difference! I do like my Polar Loop, its always there tracking me and checking up on me! x

  2. I love how it can track your sleep time and quality so you can see and learn from your sleeping patterns in Polar Flow web service and app. I am a terrible insomniac so would love to look into my sleeping patterns!

  3. I would love one of these as I am having difficulty keeping up my fitness routines, I think it would motivate me to get more active and hopefully loose weight at the same time x

  4. I love the fact it can monitor my steps throughout the day but also my heart rate when I am running. Hopefully it will not just unprove my training, but push my overall fitness

  5. I love the way it looks nice and still has loads of fun features. I’m desperately trying to keep up with my gym resolution and think this would give me the push I need to keep plodding on as I’m ridiculously competitive even against myseld

  6. it’s good when you realise the changes are almost becoming second nature! I don’t have any of these kind of devices, but everywhere I look people seem to have them, and I am getting increasingly curious! x

  7. It’d be like a little angel on my shoulder, encouraging me to walk instead of drive, take the dogs out for an extra 10 minutes and get up and move about the office even when I feel I’m too busy…what’s not to love about that 🙂

    1. It’s a comprehensive fitness and activity tracker which gives the full picture, also tells the time, and looks smart and stylish. What is not to love?

  8. For me it would give the kick to get me doing more – Monitoring activity is great to see what you do and also a motivator when you do not do enough – love the long battery life too

  9. I like the idea of keeping track of my sleep and also wether I get my 10000 steps a day. I tend to keep track with a phone app but this would be so much easier

  10. It looks good and gives is an accurate picture of one’s activity level. I have gained a bit of weight recently and could do with a gentle motivator

  11. I like that it counts your steps and helps you understand how much you are actually moving about (or how little!). It is impossible to know exactly what you do without a tracker so it is a great thing to have.

  12. I need something to motivate me to do more exercise and I hope this would help, I would be able to make sure that I have done plenty of steps that day. I am currently using my iphone to calculate steps and it is not that accurate so this watch would be great.

  13. I really like the idea of sleep tracking, and also that battery life is brilliant, otherwise I’d forget to charge it

  14. As a runner, mountain-biker and climber, I need something that can track me all over the place 🙂 I also need to make sure I eat enough to refuel, which is where trackers can really help.

  15. I’ve started a new fitness regime along with calorie counting, so what appeals to me most about this is that it shows what calories you have burned!

  16. I like the idea of constant motivation. It forces you to think about how you are going to get exercise into your day and make good choices.

  17. I would love to see if I move as much as I think I do, see how much I kid myself somedays too. Love the look of the polar loop too

  18. I like that it isn’t big and bulky. I find most monitors too big for my wrist, but that one might actually work.

  19. Andy Kadir-Buxton

Sleep monitoring will be great. I used to be an insomniac, and have a cure on my website. Sleep is so important.

  20. This would be great to help get me motivated, I have an active job but get lazy on days off so I really need to start getting out and about now the weather is improving greatly. I also love the fact it has a watch too as mine has just packed in!

  21. From reading your comments I think that just having The Polar Loop there inspires the need to dream up more ways of exercicing – which can only be a really good thing? I think we all need that extra bit of encouragement or motivation especially at the start of a fitness boost. Getting the kids involved is a top idea as they are more naturally tech minded so it will fascinate them Im sure?

  22. The chance to keep track of my daily activity
I walk every day & this would be a great way to see how I could do more exercise

  23. I like that it counts steps, I have a pedometer app on my phone, but to get an accurate reading you have to take the phone everywhere. This would make it so much easier to make sure I keep active.

  24. I like the fact that it measures your heart rate as well as your step count and that unlike other fitness activity trackers, it looks like a stylish piece of jewellery rather than an activity tracker

  25. I like the idea of setting activity goals and knowing when you have achieved what you want for the day instead of guessing.

  27. I love the appearance, I do not like to wear sporty accessories when I do not do sport. I love especially the white one, it goes well with my clothes. 😉

  28. I’d love to find out how many calories I burn at work every day running up and down stairs, lugging demo stock around, and going to and from the warehouse!

  29. I just love the idea of tracking my sleep and activity levels, I’ve never owned a tracker so it sounds really good

  30. i think it is great that youn can track your sleep time and quality so you can see what sort of quality of sleep you are getting

  31. I like the sound of the Smart Calories feature..that really appeals to me as I’m trying to lose weight as well as keep active

  32. Tammy Stevenson

Honestly, Everything! I love all the features. I most love the life of the battery and the heart monitor feature. I think it’s pretty and so functional

  33. Being able to sleep track. I!m not getting the recommended allowance at the mo so using it would be amazing.

  34. Recently been made redundant so could do with a gadget like this to ensure I’m keeping active. Great prize.

  35. I like the inactivity alert mode and the sleep tracking. I could see myself wearing this all the time.

  36. Ashley Thompson

Would be a nice addition to help keep track of my exercise, especially since I’ve just started a cut.

  37. I think it will help with my motivation as I’ll be able to see how much exercise I’m doing, and that it’s at the right intensity, and that will hopefully encourage me to do more

  38. The long battery life is definitely a plus for me, as I’m out of the house long hours, nothing worse than your tech dying on you half way through the day!

  39. I like the idea of it tracking my sleep pattern cos I always think it takes ages for me to get to sleep and wake up in the night so would be great to know the truth

  40. It looks stylish and as I am aiming to increase my daily activity it would be great for logging that for me. I like the fact it can log sleep quality which is something not many of us are that aware of. Overall I think it would be very useful and help towards my fitness goals.

  41. Victoria Prince

The sleep tracker! I have always wanted a sleep tracker, I am desperate to see exactly what sort of quality and how I am sleeping. I feel so rubbish a lot of the time and it would be fascinating to see what impact my sleep is having on that

  42. It looks like a bracelet so could be worn with short sleeves and, if it has prompted you to think about your 10,000-a-day, then it has done a good job. I have been meaning to invest in one of these for ages as I suspect I am falling well short of my 10,000-a-day.Thanks for the review and giveaway.

  43. Barbara Handley

I like how it tracks every movement, steps, and calories and gives you information on how to fill your activity bar by walking, jogging or standing.

  44. At 68 I work hard in the gym and pool every day. It would be great to monitor my progress and know I’m working at an age appropriate level 🙂

  45. I love everything about the polar loop 2, it’s stylishly cool, tracks my exercise and hopefully will work magic to enthuse me to be more active!

  46. I love the idea of being able to monitor my sleep – I always wake up feeling exhausted so it would be good to find out why!

  47. Victoria Middleton

The step counter with a decent battery, I’ve actually had mine die on me several times while out for a wander

  48. Wow this looks great as it improves awareness and motivation. It seams great for encouraging little walkers too! My two walk everywhere with me but it may encourage us not to take short cuts or set us a goal! I love the battery life too!

  49. I have a Polar Loop – and I love it so the chance to upgrade would be amazing. I love the look, the easy display, the different modes, but my favorite thing is the fact you can use it in the pool.

  50. I would love to win this for my daughter as she has a heart problems that are being investigated so this would help her to keep track of her heart rate and ease some of my worry, thanks for the chance to win it x

  51. I love the fact that it motivate you to get some exercise also great that it does not have to be charge daily

  52. Tania Partington

This would be great when I am training for the race for life and just to get me up and motivated in general. I have a heart condition so knowing my heart rate would be great! and I love the sleep tracker as I don’t think I sleep very well so it would be great to know.

  53. I like all the features, even the fact that it has watch because I don’t wear one normally so it would be great just for that

  54. I think the chance to actually see what I do and then compete against myself to get moving a little more. Good battery is essential. Thanks for the competition.

  55. Fab giveaway, this will be great for my daughter as she’s trying to lose a bit of weight while getting healthier and not using the car all the time, she would be well made up with this x

  56. I used to work for a company that sold Polar Heart Rate Monitors & never used to work out without one. They are so well made & the technology has progressed really well. I’d love to win one of their new products & get back into monitoring my performance.

  57. Having just got engaged and turning 40 this weekend coming, I need all the help I can get to help me increase my activity levels! I also love the fact that it records your sleep. This is something I big time heed as I only get usually 3-4 hours sleep a nigh and I always wake up tired!

  58. Everything about it appeals to me, I had an accident back in october which left me unable to walk for several months, i’m now back on my feet but exercise is proving difficult & has to be taken at a slow pace. I need to get fit again as i’ve piled on weight despite not eating much and its making me depressed. To track my fitness & check my goals daily would be so very helpful x

  59. ashley whitbread

How fantastic!! would be so amazing to win! would wear it all the time to count my steps and aid with my weight loss journey!! xx

  60. The Activity Guide and Smart calories sound absolutely awesome. It always helps to have guidance when aiming for fitness goals, so the activity guide sounds intelligent and insightful. Meanwhile, smart calories could function as an astute and reassuring guide to mapping out the calorie intake. A potent combination, then 🙂

  61. The reminder to move feature as I tend to get carried away and lose track of time when I sit down to read for 10 minutes.

  62. I like how you can see your progress throughout the day as I think that would motivate me to move more

  63. The fact that it measures 24/7 sleep, steps, calories, resting and sitting times and daily activity. which can be tracked using the app or online and also can be sync’d to sites like myfitnesspal

  64. I’m impressed with the battery life and I like the fact that it would motivate me to walk a lot more and do a lot more.

  65. Lyndsey Beckford

I love that it can track your sleep as I don’t sleep that well and it would be interesting to see my sleep patterns

  66. I need more motivation. I often get bored with exercise and walking if I don’t see any results, and give up. It would be nice to see that I am making progress, and I’m one step closer to my dream wedding dress!

  67. Its a great motivation for exercise…hopefully it will encourage me to go for more walks like you did! Thanks for the chance to win!

  68. I really need to get out and move more so I think as it tracks you activity this is something that would give you the get up and go 🙂

  69. Well firstly it’s a very trusted Nordic make and how amazing would it be to see how much I actually do move daily and how little I sleep

  70. I have a basic fit bit at the moment but love the fact that this monitors your heart rate which my fitbit doesn’t do

  71. looks fab – I have a very cheap fake fitbit that thinks im running when i type quickly! I really need a better version
