Welcome to this month’s blog progress report.
We’re at the end of August, and it actually feels like an age since I last sat down to write a progress report. It was only a month ago!
We’ve been lucky enough to have been on a couple of breaks since then, had a few home improvements carried out and, with the kids at home for the summer, there have been various day trips, playdates and chill days.
It’s all meant that for this month at least, blog work has not been my top priority, but it certainly will be soon!

Earlier this month I ensured that I got my Patreon members’ post and parcels out to them.
There are two mailing tiers that I send each month, people who receive a stationery parcel from me and then those who receive happy mail from me. As always, I loved sending these, such a great way to start a month.
This month’s swap over there is a ‘holiday/vacation’ swap and that has all been arranged now. Looks like next month is going to be an animal themed swap which should be fun.
This month’s Bring Back Paper activity is a postcard mailing and we’ve had plenty of people joining in. It’s always a popular one as I think it’s so simple to get involved with.
YouTube has taken a hit this month, as with the kids at home and me taking a couple of weeks out, something had to give and this was it. But it will be back again next month, don’t worry!
Blog posts have been written and I’ve got a couple of newsletters out with Flodesk, my newsletter provider. They go out every Friday lunchtime (UK time) and share the latest posts, videos, details of all activities running and there’s usually some extra inspiration in there too. If you want to ensure you don’t miss any new content, old favourites and the latest activities and products, do ensure you’re signed up to that.
The Bring Back Paper Facebook group has continued to grow, we seem to get several member requests daily. It’s good to see all of the papery things everyone has been up to, it’s a fun place to drop by.
My brother and I are also continuing to work on our papery venture too, and now that we’re both back from our jaunt to Paris together, we can get stuck into that again.
In fact, there’s an Instagram giveaway running right now for it, so go try and win a box!

Plans for next month
I want to be consumed by work and plans next month, I want to be swimming in motivation!
I have a goal setting session planned in with a friend on the very first day of term as I want to focus and go for it in September.
I am looking to change a few things up, increase my activity in a couple of areas, and I am in the mood to develop one or two new things.
Ideas are not fully formed yet, but I am hoping they will be this time next week and then I can get to work on them.
Of course, Patreon mail and activities will be arranged, a new Bring Back Paper activity will be running, blog posts will be written and videos filmed.
I will also be working on Books and Brew Club and spending time with my brother looking to grow our little business further.
I am keen to get back to it and I am hoping for a busy and productive September.
What are your thoughts on my activities and plans?
