Welcome to this month’s blog progress report.
It’s been a month where I do feel that I have made headway, so it’s felt like a good one to me.
Each day I feel like I have been productive and kept on track with my goals, and it’s been great to see the #BringBackPaper community growing and thriving this month.

Despite not finding the SEO and admin tasks all that exciting, I was determined to get going on them and I have made good progress. I have made a few adjustments and changes as a result of the work I am covering so I hope that these will pay dividends in search traffic and reader engagement. Time will tell!
Along with the SEO work that was my priority this month, I have kept everything else going.
Two new blog posts have been going out every week, along with a new upload every Wednesday for my YouTube channel.
I have felt that the content creation has been a nice break from the SEO work, so it’s been easier than I had expected to keep up with it.
The area that has continued to take a backseat this month is my Etsy store, but I had expected and allowed for this. That SEO work has to take priority for now.
As always, growing, promoting, organising and enjoying Bring Back Paper has been a huge part of my month.
We have had a stationery swap running this month and the Bring Back Paper Facebook group has been growing daily, we have over 1700 members there now. I post daily in there, and then the community keeps everything else going, with lots of friendly, papery chat. It’s a happy place to be!
My newsletters have been going out with Flodesk, my newsletter provider. They go out every Friday lunchtime (UK time) and share the latest posts, videos, details of all activities running and there’s usually some extra papery inspiration in there too. If you want to ensure you don’t miss any new content, old favourites and the latest activities and products, do ensure you’re signed up to that.
Plans for next month
Next month, I want to keep plugging away with the SEO, now that I am deep into it and it’s become a habit to do a little each day.
My next priority will be getting happy mail to my Patrons and arranging activities and paper for them, and then running the Bring Back Paper activity for the month. I am expecting that one to take up a lot of my time next month as it’s a very popular activity.
Honestly, if I can get on with the SEO, complete my Patreon activity and run the BBP sign up next month and get to the end of the month with that all done, I will be happy! I am sure I will get my newsletters out and I will then aim for getting new content out too, but we will see how that goes. I think it’s going to be a busy month, I am ready for it!
What are your thoughts on my activities and plans?
