The sun is finally coming out to play, there are flowers blooming in my garden and the birds are tweeting. Spring is definitely on the way, and so with the change in the season, let’s talk a change in the wardrobe…
Now, I might have made the mistake of asking Boo to get involved with this one, setting her to browse over at Melijoe and pick out the items that she’s loving. The girl likes to shop, and she took some time and delight in this task! So here are our top picks for girls this spring….
The dresses…
1. CATIMINI: Cotton voile sundress – Turquoise, white and fuchsia 2. DESIGUAL: Robe bi-matière en coton 3. LILI GAUFRETTE: Cotton voile dress – Raspberry 4. DESIGUAL Trapeze flamed jersey dress
There are lots of bold prints with a vibrant feel along with floral and fruity themes, and more than enough pink for Boo to be one very happy girl.
I dragged her away from the dresses, and we browsed the other departments…
1. STELLA MCCARTNEY KIDS: Cotton jersey T-shirt – Ivory 2. MONNALISA: Stretch cotton jersey T-shirt – Pink 3. CATIMINI: Light fleece sweatshirt – White 4. ARCHIMEDE: Hat 5. BILLIEBLUSH: Tulle and printed percale full skirt – Mint green and ivory 6. DESIGUAL: Débardeur en jersey de coton
How sweet are those tees, and Boo absolutely adores that skirt. I’d quite like the sweatshirt for myself.
And then we spotted this jacket and both loved it…
SOURIS MINI: Printed oilskin
It all feels so fun and fresh. Which items are your favourites, or have you spied something else totally gorgeous over there that you now want for your little one?
Do your children take an interest in clothes? Boo, at 5, does now, whereas my 2 year old isn’t too bothered, unless it’s footwear. He really likes his trainers, shoes and wellies! I’ll be sharing my picks for toddler boys next month, so do look out for that.
Disclosure: Post written in collaboration with Melijoe
Ooooh! I love that coat too! I’m desperate to get a coat for CM for school that we both agree on and that one looks perfect.
It’s so sweet and being grey, seems practical, too!
