Hello and welcome to this month’s Papery Peep. This month is a birthday special, as I have received and bought a fair bit of stationery and books this month that I thought I’d share with you today.
First up, I received a fabulous personalised National Book Token and I love that they can be personalised now! So I had to spend that, along with some birthday money, so here’s a glimpse of my book bounty…
I’ve vlogged more about my new books this month today, so the link’s in my sidebar there if you fancy finding out more about the pile. I’ve also got a couple of pre-orders lined up, The Invasion of the Tearling out tomorrow and Sarah MacLean’s new title out in a couple of months time. I love preordering as I’ll kind of forget about that one and then get a lovely surprise in the post!
I also bought plenty in Paperchase this month, along with receiving this brilliant Blogger’s Journal and pen from the Husband…
I have shared the full stationery haul on YouTube, including that rather pretty letter set. I found an outlet store up at Cheshire Oaks and visited the Manchester flag ship store – there are three floors! Suffice it to say, I was very happy in Paperchase!
I also received this beautiful set from the Husband for my birthday. This is something that I’ve been wanting for some time, so I am delighted to now own one….
Yes, my letters can now be sealed with wax!
I have now started a bullet journal. Yes, I know, I’m very late to the party. ..
Last week I shared my guide to getting started with it, and next week I’ll fill you in on how it’s been working for me so far. But details aside, that is a beautiful pen and notebook!
This month over on YouTube I’ve shared a tour of my stationery chest, a little look at my letter sets and snail mail box, along with tips to getting started, opening up my bullet journal starter kit, my Paperchase haul and books bought, so there’s plenty to Peep at there, if you fancy it.
