Regular readers will know that we do like our Tesco Clubcard vouchers here. I wrote a post about a few of the things we’ve bought recently, and we get to have so many lovely family days out which we would struggle to afford if it weren’t for our Clubcard vouchers. They do really add up, as we shop on-line weekly with them, and I have a Tesco credit card where all spending goes towards the vouchers, too. The vouchers are released quarterly, and we’ve just received our November statement, which is perfect timing for the Boost.
Tesco Clubcard Christmas Boost is now on, which means that we can use our vouchers by boosting them and getting more for them across loads of different departments. You can exchange in-store or online, from values of £5 and above across Phones & Accessories, Hudl tablets, Electricals, Toys & Bikes, Clothing, Skincare, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Baby & Toddler, Finest Wine & Finest Champagne, Furniture, Home, Cook & Dine and the Opticians – quite a few then! £5 boosts up to be worth £10, so this is really going to help us out here with our Christmas shopping.
So, I’m putting together my own Christmas Boost Wishlist, and I’m feeling rather wild as I’m doing it just for me! Yes, just me. I spend a lot of time looking at things for the kids, so this time, I’m going to create and share a little wish list of my own…
Perfume – Paul Smith Optimistic
I always like to receive a new fragrance for Christmas. It was always my go-to treat, back when I worked full time, when I fancied getting myself something. I suppose perfume is to me what handbags and shoes are to others! I tend to veer towards Paul Smith, Ralph Lauren and Boss, and I like to have several different scents to choose from at any one time, to suit my mood!
Coat – F&F Limited Edition Long Line Waxed Jacket
I need a good waterproof coat for the school run, and this one looks perfect. I really like the style, the fabric and it has that all-important inclusion, when pushing a pushchair and grabbing a 4 year-old – a hood. No umbrellas here any more..!
Camera – Canon EOS 1100D Digital SLR Camera
Blogging has got me all interested in photography. Now, I know a camera doesn’t necessarily make me a better photographer, but surely it’ll help a little?! I’m pretty clueless in this arena, and a total beginner, so the phrase on the website ‘Make your first steps into the world of digital photography simple with the Canon EOS 1100D digital SLR’ reassured me!
I love this! How nice would this look with my new coat? I do like the chillier weather for alowing me to get scraves, snoods, gloves and hats out, and my all-time favourite, my ear muffs – got to wrap up warm out there!
The Best of TV and Movies Board Game
I know I’ve mentioned before my love of board games. I do like to get a new one every year, and this one looks right up my street. Perfect for playing after Christmas lunch this year.
I really enjoyed browsing to write that! Best go Boost!
Do you use your Clubcard vouchers for treats or every day necessities?
Disclaimer: This post was written in collaboration with Tesco. These are all my own words, as are the choices and opinions expressed.
I’m on my 4th Canon camera. But I’d not recommend one this big for you to start with. I had one of their SLRs and they’re good but NOT practical. You’d be better off with a compact sized one-their SX series XX
Thanks so much for the advice – you see, totally clueless!
We’ve just got our points through today. I’m going to double mine up in toys and get some more Christmas presents with them 🙂
Great plan! Really makes a difference to the spending, doesn’t it?!
